About Wyoming Fire Department:
Wyoming Fire Department proudly protects 8000 people living in an area of 2.8 square miles. We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily residential area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a paid on call status. The City is currently combining both Fire and EMS into one department. This will do away with the ESD position and bring both under a paid full time Fire Chief We will have both volunteer and part time positions.
