Our department is a public department whose members are on a paid on call status. The Woodburn Fire Dept. has a number of trained personel specializing in Water Rescue and Rope Rescue. The Woodburn Fire Dept. Is one of few Allen County Depts. to have Water Rescue equipment. Including the RESCUE ROCKET!
