Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. The White Deer Volunteer Fire Department serves the residents of White Deer, TX and the surrounding area. The department is manned by 18 volunteers trained in the areas of fire suppression & prevention, search & rescue, and extrication. The department operates out of one centraly located station and houses 8 trucks. The department has 4 Brush Trucks, 2 Pumper Trucks, 1 Rescue Truck, and 1 Incident Command Unit.
