The City of Westworth Village is anticipating major changes as the old Carswell Air Force Base, now NAS, housing area is being redeveloped for incoming commercial growth. A new gas station, appartment building, and office building are expected to begin construction later this year. Construction on a gated community consisting of 106 luxury homes has already begun.
