Klein protects 51 square miles and approximately 130,000 people. The district is comprised of primarily residential, commercial and light industrial with a large private airport. Klein operates out of 7 fire stations and one administration building with 7 pumpers, two dedicated reserve pumper, two Rescue trucks, two 100' Ladders, one 95' Platform, two 3000 gallon Tankers, one Rehab unit, two Brush trucks, and two Rescue Boats. 160 Volunteer supported by a daytime paid duty crew M-F days provide Klein's manpower.
