BLADES VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY, INC. proudly protects 7500 people living in an area of 30 square miles. We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily residential area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. ESTABLISHED IN 1934 OUR FIRE COMPANY IS ENTERING ITS 68th YEAR. OUR COMPANY CONSISTS OF 65 MEMBERS. WE ALSO HAVE A JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP. We currently have a 16 man dive team.
