Santa Rosa Fire Department proudly protects 4500 people living in an area of 3600 square miles. We operate out of 3 stations that protect a primarily residential area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a paid status. The Santa Rosa Fire Department Handles The longest strech of I-40 in New Mexico. With that, the calls that we get are non stop from car fire's to grass fire's.And to think that's not enough we also handle calls all over Gaudalupe county being we are the biggest fire Department in the county. And with that are Department is getting bigger every day both with truck's and personnal.
