Jefferson Volunteer Fire Department Inc. proudly protects 2500 people living in an area of 10 square miles. We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily residential area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. We currently operate with 2 engines, 1 tanker and a command vehicle. At this time we have 33 members on the department. Our department has been proudly serving our community since 1967. Without the help of residents and volunteers this would not have been possible. We would like to thank everyone for their past and future support.
