Ruidoso Emergency Medical Services proudly protects 15000 people living in an area of 1500 square miles. We operate out of 1ALS +3 County stations that protect a primarily rural area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a paid status. Volunteer Emergency Medical Service established in 1966 to provide for the emergency medical needs of the Enon and Mad River Township area in Clark County, Ohio.
