Plateau Valley Fire District proudly protects 5500 people living in an area of 700 square miles. We operate out of 3 stations that protect a primarily rural area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. Plateau Valley Fire District operates 3 stations with 30 volunteer Fire and EMS personnel. Providing EMS, Fire, Extrication and Rescue for the east end of Mesa County and the Grand Mesa National Forest.
