About Palmerdale Fire District:
Palmerdale Fire District proudly protects 35000 people living in an area of 47 square miles. We operate out of 3 stations that protect a primarily rural area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a combination of paid and volunteer status. Our Fire District is divided into two sections. Station No.1 covers the Eastern Section and Station No.3 covers the Western Section. Station No.2 is for backup purposes, which is scheduled to be relocated in the near future to serve the Northern Section.
