We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily rural area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. This department was started August 17, 1978 by L.R. and Kathryn Ekman. It all started with one (1) truck and now we have moved up to three (3). This department in now headed by G.L. PeeWee McDaniel.
