About Muncy Township Volunteer Fire Company:
Muncy Township Volunteer Fire Company proudly protects 1600 people living in an area of 32 square miles. We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily rural area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. AKA,Pennsdale Fire Department, Station 23. We are located one quarter mile North of Junction I-180 and Route 220 in the Village of Pennsdale, Lycoming County. We proudly serve Muncy Township, and are first responders in Mill Creek and a portion of Fairfield Township. We provide Fire, Ems, Haz-Mat, Search/Rescue and Extrication Services. Muncy Township Volunteer Fire Company Chartered in 1949 by a few concerned citizens. It has grown to 40 proud active members, with the same enthusiasm and dedication.
