We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily residential area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. Organized in 1972,with the help of Belton FD,grown from 7 personnel and 1 truck to over 20 personnel and 6 pieces of equipment and an EMS(1st responder service)to include ECA,EMT,Paramedic, and RN personnel all volunteer.Department continues to grow and serve the community and surrounding area with pride and professionalism.The Department now has a paid Fire Chief which was greatly needed to maintain constant control over the Department and work with area departments on a constant basis.
