About Morgan County Rescue Squad:
Morgan County Rescue Squad proudly protects 130000 people living in an area of 650 square miles. We operate out of 2 stations that protect a primarily rural area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. The Morgan County Rescue Squad consist of over 40 volunteers, many of which are EMT's, Certified Divers, and Rappelling Specialists. We provide the citizens of Morgan County with: Cave & High Angle Rescue,Land Search, Water Search & Rescue, Dive Rescue & Body Recovery, Evacuation of Flood victims, transportation of Dialysis patients, Doctors, Nurses and other vital personnel to and from hospitals during inclement weather. We also assist all Morgan County Voulnteer Fire Departments, Law Enforcement Agencies, Emergency Management Agency and the Tennessee Valley Authority, when requested.
