We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily residential area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. The Ralston Engine Company makes up one half of the fire and rescue service for Mendham Township NJ. We provide protection for the west side of town and assist our sister company on the east side as they do us on the west. We also assist the Mendham Township first aid squad as needed (car accidents etc.) on our side of town. We were organized in 1942 and moved to our current location (next to our original station) in 1974. We have a junior firemen program, and incourage all persons who are intrested to become a member.
