About Maple Bluff Fire Department:
Maple Bluff Fire Department proudly protects 1356 people living in an area of one square miles. We operate out of one stations that protect a primarily residential area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a combination of paid and volunteer status. The Village of Maple Bluff is located along Lake Mendota and is surrounded by the City of Madison. Primarily a residential area, Maple Bluff is home to Wisconsin's Executive Residence (Governor's Mansion) and the Maple Bluff Country Club. Organized in 1947, the Maple Bluff Fire Department provides fire prevention and suppression services to its residents utilizing a staff of full-time personnel, volunteers, and firefighter interns.
