Lower Yoder Volunteer Fire Department (Sta. 23) proudly protects approximately 3300 people living in an area of 12 square miles. We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily residential area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. We provide mutal aid to the following fire departments Westwood, Westmont, Upper Yoder, Southmont, West Taylor, Brownstown, Menoher Heights.
