About Osage Ambulance District:
We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily residential area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a paid status. The Osage Ambulance District was reorganized in Mid 2000. We are governed by a Board of Directors whom are members of the community of Linn Missouri. The Ambulance District is based in Linn with 1 staffed ALS crew for 24 to 48 hour shifts. We have a second truck which can handle any ALS type of call as well. The crew currently consists of 4 Paramedics, and 7 Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT'S). Also, in the near future we are looking to build a new Quarter's which will be located to the east approximately 1 mile or so from our present location.
