About Argentine Fire & Rescue:
Argentine Fire & Rescue proudly protects 4500 people living in an area of 54 square miles. We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily rural area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a paid on call status. We are a small rural area dept with 30 members covering 36 sq miles of our township and approx. 18 sq miles of the township, bordering ours, south of us. We are in the southwest corner of Genesee County in MI suppling mutual aid in 2 other counties. We were established in 1975 as the Argentine Emergency Volunteers and have since grown. We are new to the net but are willing to accept any new information that will help better ourselves and aid in the service that we provide our community.
