We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily rural area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. We are a proud rural department with a modest budget. Most of our calls are grass fires, either within our district or assisting other Payne County Fire Departments (Stillwater, Ripley, Glencoe, Yale, and Cushing). We also respond all types of emergencies including structure fires, vehicle fires, tank batteries, gas leaks, etc. We are very greatful to Stillwater Central Dispatch for their professional service in dispatching our fire department. We have a close working relationship with the Stillwater Fire Department and thank them for thier support and for calling on us to assist when needed.
