About Pine Prairie VFD:
Pine Prairie Volunteer Fire Department proudly protects 2000 people living in an area of Approx.200 square miles. We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily rural area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. Our department is a small, rural department located outside of Huntsville. We are a close group of men dedicated to protecting the community and assisting other departments in time of need. We meet on the first and third Thursday for business and train as often as possible to ensure that we are ready for whatever may come up that we are called upon to take care of ourselves or assisting another department. We are here to serve the community.
