We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily residential area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. The Hudson Falls Fire Department is a fully volunteer fire department that provides engine company, truck company and rescue company services to the village of Hudson Falls, located about 10 miles south of Lake George NY. We also have a very active fire police unit. We are active members of the Hudson Valley Volunteer Fireman's Association and our chief officers are members of the New York State Association of Fire Chiefs. Our training division is currently striving to hone our skills in engine Company, truck company and rescue company operations. It is our goal to provide the village of Hudson Falls with the best possible fire department, a department that we can all be proud of.
