About Chester County Volunteer Fire Department:
Chester County Volunteer Fire Department proudly protects 14242 people living in an area of 285 square miles. We operate out of 6 stations that protect a primarily rural area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. Organized in 1982, the department is completely volunteer. Funding is received from the County Government. We are currently in the process of constructing our seventh station.
