About Anthony Hill Fire & Rescue:
Anthony Hill Fire & Rescue proudly protects 7500 people living in an area of 158 square miles. We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily residential area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. The Anthony Hill Station is one of eight stations that makes up the Giles County Fire and Rescue, Inc. We are totally volunteer, and receive donations from the county every year and through various fundraisers to operate. Giles County is divided into five zones. Our zone is the south west corner of the county, we respond to all calls in this zone with backup from our central station, which responds to all calls. We also respond backup to other zones when called for. Our station is equipped with three trucks, which are used for various types of calls. We are equipped to fight fires of all types, and perform vehicle extrication. We are here to serve our community in its time of need.
