About Eagle Mountain Fire Department:
Eagle Mountain Fire Department proudly protects 7000 people living in an area of 50 square miles. We operate out of one stations that protect a primarily rural area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a paid on call status. Eagle Mountain Fire Department also provides a Mobile Intensive Care Unit( M.I.C.U. ) staffed 24 hours by EMT-Paramedic's. We have an automatic aid agreements with the cities of Saginaw and Lake Worth. The department is continuing to provide medical service to Lake Country residents when Rural-Metro/Medstar is unable to respond or has delayed response times. The department averages approximatley 60 ems calls and 40 fire calls each month.
