About Belleville Volunteer Fire Department:
Belleville Vol. Fire Dept. proudly protects 600 people living in an area of 41 square miles. We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily rural area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. We cover Highway 84, the main thouroughfare from southeast Alabama to southwest Alabama and have mutual aid with six surrounding departments. We have one main engine, one brush truck, and one utility/rescue truck. We have five certified Volunteer firefighters, two EMT's, and one paramedic along with several other firefighters.
