Our department is a public department whose members are on a combination of paid and volunteer status. The Eastwood Fire Protection District is a combination fire department made up of approximately 26 professional volunteers and 4 professional career firefighters, both male and female. Under the direction of Chief Brent Davenport, the Eastwood Fire Protection District responds to fire and medical emergencies in the 45 square mile radius of Eastwood, Fisherville, and Long Run in Eastern Jefferson County.
