We operate out of One stations that protect a primarily residential area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. Our Department is one of the only two student-run fire departments in the United States. We serve the Campus of Nichols College in Dudley, MA. Our Department is all students and responds to every fire call on campus. Every member is trained to at least the first responder level and there is also three Mass certified EMT's on our Department. The Nichols Fire Department has been around longer than any other club on campus and was established before the town of Dudley's own fire dept.
