We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily rural area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. We are one of thirteen departments in the county. Our department is funded through the county and equipment is supplied by the county and by us through fundraisers and donations. We have our own Chief, Assistant Chief, 2 Captains. They are from members of the department and are elected for 1 year terms. If you live in our distric and are interested in joining we meet on the second and fourth monday nights of each month between 7:00 and 9:00pm.
