About Angel Search and Rescue, Inc.:
Angel Search and Rescue, Inc. proudly protects 113000 people living in an area of 982.9 square miles. We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily rural area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. Angel Search and Rescue is an all volunteer search and rescue organization which provides professionally trained search management and field personnel for search and disaster missions. Angel Search and Rescue is made up of dedicated men and women who respond wherever they are needed to search for missing persons or downed aircraft or perform semi-technical rescues. Team members also respond to areas where natural or man-made disasters have occurred. These volunteers respond because a life depends on it. Angel Search and Rescue is supported by the general public. Angel Search and Rescue does not receive any compensation for its services. Members are self-sufficient, however, in the case of extended searches, arranagements for food and shelter are appreciated. The members of Angel Search and Rescue are volunteers who give generously of their time, energy and resources. Angel Search and Rescue is totally funded through donations from private citizens, businesses and other organizations. Angel Search and Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and donations are tax deductible.
