Laughlin Air Force Base Fire Department proudly protects 3000 people living in an area of 3 square miles. We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily industrial area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a paid status. Rankin EMS, est. in 1984, as 11 all volunteer members. Our avgerage response time is 4 minutes - initial call to scene.
