About Darlington County Fire Station #4:
Darlington County Fire Station #4 proudly protects 2500 people living in an area of 15 square miles. We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily rural area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. HFD was established in 1908. The first full time staff was hired in 1973. We currently have fourteen fulltime and twenty one volunteer personnel.
