About Crofton Volunteer Fire Department:
Crofton Volunteer Fire Department proudly protects 1700 people living in an area of 50 square miles. We operate out of 2 stations that protect a primarily residential area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. We are a department consisting of twenty five active members. We operate out of two stations with one pumper, one 1350 gallon tanker capable of pumping water also. We have a six-by duece brush/woods truck and one response command truck. Serving a community of a five mile radius of Crofton.
