About Corinth Fire Department:
Corinth Fire Department proudly protects 3000 people living in an area of 16 square miles. We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily residential area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. The Corinth Fire Department was founded in 1950. The Town has mutual aid agreement's with the following towns: Hudson,Bradford,Charleston,Garland,Kenduskeag,Levant,Corinna and Glenburn. The Department does fire prevention,suppression,extrication,and search and rescue. Corinth has an automatic mutual aid agreement with the Town of Kenduskeag.The Department is currently staffed by a full-time chief and 40 on call firefighters and EMTs.
