Corbin City Fire Department proudly protects 7000-9000 people living in an area of 15 square miles. We operate out of 3 stations that protect a primarily residential area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a paid status. City of Corbin Fire Department is located about 25 miles north of the Kentucky-Tennessee border, east of highway I-75. The department consist of 20 full time paid firefighters including the Chief. The city has: 2-Pumpers;1 Rescue Pumper;1-75ft aerial . The fire department presently has six Deputy State Fire Marshal's that are doing inspections inside the city limits.
