Coeburn Rescue Squad Inc. proudly protects 15000 people living in an area of 125 square miles. We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily rural area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. We are a 100% volunteer EMS agency located in Southwest Virginia. We provide both Basic & Advanced Life Support with a crew ranging from Drivers to EMT's to the Paramedic level.
