We operate out of four stations that protect a primarily residential area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a paid status. We are a career department with 43 union personnel. We operate with 13 firefighters per shift. The department currently has a minimum staffing of 10 per shift. We take care of all phases of fire service work including first responder program,investigation and inspections, code enforcement, and community outreach education. We also have a fire safety trailor that is used for educating school children. Our Central station is undergoing a massive renovation to improve the facility.
