Cattaraugus Fire Department proudly protects approx. 1500 - 2500 people living in an area of approx. 200 square miles. We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily rural area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. Our department was founded in 1889, and we are proud to continue our service to the community after over 110 years.
