About Calipatria Fire Department:
Calipatria Fire Department proudly protects 3000 people living in an area of 250 square miles. We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily rural area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a combination of paid and volunteer status. Originating in the 1910's Calipatria Fire Department has been serving the community for over 80 years.In addition to the everyday responsibility of the city our Firefighters are part of the California Master Mutual Aid Agreement and the Imperial Valley Hazardous Emergency Team
