About Bethalto Volunteer Fire Department :
Our department has been serving the community of bethalto for over 120 years . Starting out as a small department, and as the years went by, grew into a 35 roster all volunteer department.Bethalto fire dept serves approx a 2 mile radius. We are training on trench rescue and hazmat. we are 98% nims trained and 100% first responder. our department is made up of 1 chief, 2 asst. chiefs , 2 captains, and 4 Lieutenants.
