About Mescal Volunteer Fire Department:
Mescal Volunteer Fire Department proudly protects 3000 + people living in an area of Unlimited square miles. We operate out of 2 stations that protect a primarily rural area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. We are a volunteer department of approximately 15 Firefighters and 3 EMT's. We will respond anywhere outside of area, including the state if needed for Mutual Aid. Our most requested assistance has been with Structure fires, Wildland fires or Medical/Rescue. We also have one of the four Mass Casualty Units serving Cochise County.
