About Audobon Murray-Troutt Emergency Medical:
AUDUBON Murray-Troutt Emergency Medical Services proudly protects 15000 people living in an area of one square miles. We operate out of one stations that protect a primarily residential area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. Murray-Troutt E.M.S. is a volunteer organization providing emergency medical care to the Boroughs of Audubon and Audubon Park. Our organization was created in 1928 by the American Legion Post 262 from which our name originates. Today, Murray-Troutt E.M.S. is comprised of dedicated members of the community with the American Legion still active with the squad and community. Our motto is Ita Alteri Propositum Vita which is Latin for so that others shall live and is a small testiment to the countless hours our members contribute.
