About Little Sandy Volunteer Fire District:
Little Sandy Volunteer Fire District proudly protects approx. 15000 people living in an area of 95 square miles. We operate out of 3 stations that protect a primarily rural area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. Our department was established in 1986 to protect and serve the local community. Our station number is 400.
Management of our departement is handled by a seven member Board of Directors. We also have a Ladies Auxilary that raises money to help purchase equipment and they also will bring food and beverages to the fire scene if needed. They are a great bunch of women who are devoted to helping our department.
